Appartamento in Villa (con giardino) a Bologna

We enjoyed our 6-day stay in Claudio & Monica's house a lot. Everything as described, the kitchen was well equipped, the rooms comfy and the garden was lovely (even though we could in the end not profit from it because it was raining..). We particularly liked the neighbourhood, very green and airy, good restaurants, bakeries etc., and well connected to the centre. Recommended! - 4/23/2024 

Je mets 10/10 à Claudio pour tout. D’abord bien sûr l’appartement. Très grand appartement moderne, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, calme et bien situé. Petit balcon donnant sur le jardin.
Excellent restaurant à proximité.
Nous sommes à 20 mn à pieds du centre mais on peut y aller en bus, le 25 direct ou d’autres avec quelques minutes de marche.
Et bien sûr Claudio est très sympathique, serviable, réactif et discret.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Bologna in Claudio E Monica’s apartment. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood! Lots of helpful amenities for cooking and living. It is an easy 30 min walk into the historic center of Bologna and there was also much to explore in the surrounding neighborhoods. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We felt completely “at home”. We highly recommend
CloMoBo if you want a comfortable atmosphere from which to visit

Great place that is spacious and looks even better than in the pictures. Good restaurants and a large supermarket in walking distance, several bus stops around the corner and fuss-free parking. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay! - 9/24/2023

Claudio & Monica’s apartment in Bologna was beautiful, stylish, spacious, clean & most importantly for us peaceful!
We had whole upper floor of villa to ourselves with private entrance and little balcony. Claudio was a very kind host - warm, helpful and welcoming.
We were greeted personally at check in, shown all facilities and where to find everything which was very helpful after quite a long journey from the uk by train / plane. Bottle of local wine in fridge plus coffee jams etc and well equipped kitchen with big dining table was great.
Loved atmosphere of this tranquil apartment on private back street surrounded by a green secluded garden that guests can use. The sitting room was airy with comfy sofa and both bedrooms felt calm with comfy beds and shutters on windows.
Easy 25min walk into city down porticos of Strada Maggiore to see stunning medieval architecture and be wowed at every turn. Food and people of Bologna made this hol. Thankyou Claudio e Monica we will be back! - 4/03/2023

Claudio and Monica’s apartment is very comfortable, bright and clean. It’s in a nice residential area within easy walking distance of the city centre and there are frequent buses to take you to all parts of the city. (Moovit app is great) There are lots of interesting local restaurants and delicatessens selling amazing pasta, hams and cheese and people are really friendly and helpful. Everything about this property and Claudio ticked all our boxes! We enjoy walking, so the approximately 30min walk to the old town was something we enjoyed, a chance to experience the environs of Bologna. Claudio has certainly earned his ‘super host’ status and we would argue that another category of ‘host’ needs to be added to adequately capture the way in which Claudio runs his property. An extra ‘Super’ would be a start! As we have now stayed with other ‘super hosts’ since Bologna, they don’t come close. His heart is in this business and his role. We had a situation arise during our stay which inconvenienced him and happened relatively late one night to which he responded with grace and generosity. The property is positioned in a quiet cul de sac / one way street. The garden downstairs and little courtyard overlooking is bliss. A haven away from the busy-ness of Bologna central. Claudio is absolutely available but also very respectful of privacy and personal space and didn’t intrude on our time at all, the perfect balance. Would love to stay again! - 10/10/2022 

Ottima la posizione: si arriva in centro anche a piedi ma è ben collegata e soprattutto, per chi arriva con la macchina, si può parcheggiare;
ottima la sistemazione, la casa è comoda pulita attrezzata e silenziosa;
ottimo il rapporto con gli host: disponibili e riservati.

What a gorgeous apartment!
Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Bologna.
Its not a long walk into the centre and there are colonades almost the entire way so you are in the shade.
The apartment is very well equipped and very clean.
