CloMoVa – Appartamento al Cabanyal – Valencia

Claudio's place was just a perfect vacation spot - a few minutes walk from a great beach, A/C in each room (really hard to get that in Spain), great location - supermarkets, restaurants - all walkable. Easy access to public transportation. This place is located on a really really quiet street. No bars, no traffic at night. Just great! That is the perfect place to get a vacation on the beach side. One aspect that stands out with lots of our Airbnb experience - Claudio is the best host by far we ever had. You really feel at home - the place was so well equipped with anything you may need during Valencia vacation. And communication was just perfect - proactive and extremely helpful and clear. From getting video on where to get key, up to the check-out moment. - 8/26/2024

We had a great family holiday in Valencia in early August staying in Claudio's apartment. The apartment was nice and clean and very well equipped, just as listed. The area is quite quiet but with lots of accessible places to eat along the seafront and the beach is only a short walk away. The heat was quite intense for the first few days so the Aircon in the apartment was very welcome! Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the location and the apartment. - 8/07/2023 

Valence reste une ville toujours aussi agréable à visiter. L'emplacement de l'appartement proche de la mer est très fonctionnel. L'air conditionné n'est pas de trop. Le centre-ville et la Cité des Sciences très facile d'accès en bus si nous n'avons pas de voiture. Le parking dans la zone est plutôt facile. Claudio a été très accueillant et très réactif pour nous fournir un lit bébé. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir passé ces 10 jours là-bas. - 6/22/2023

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Tipps hervorragend. Ein weiteres Plus der Parkplatz.

It is an Interesting location in this large city. There is a local village feel with local market very near, many very good small restaurants with great food, very easy access to public transport which is very cheap. Host eccezionale che risponde sempre rapidamente e ha risposto alle nostre richieste e domande. L'appartamento è moderno e offre spazio sufficiente per una famiglia. C'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Il quartiere è tranquillo e offre numerosi negozi e ristoranti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Ci piacerebbe tornare. - 2/18/2023 

El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y bien equipado. Tiene internet perfecta para trabajar desde allí. El barrio es muy tranquilo, a 7 minutos de la playa con varios restaurantes y cerca del centro. great place 10 min walk to the beach. no problems using the washer, cooking. ac in bedroom and living room. used taxis to get around and had no problem getting to the apartment using taxis. market, supermarket, and places to eat all around. host very helpful. neighborhood is nice and people are friendly. - 8/29/2022 

My friend and I had a spectacular visit to Valencia. Claudio & Monica’s apartment was in a fantastic location; walking distance was a few blocks to the beach & restaurants. Their apartment was modern and updated, host provided us with a great dinner recommendation. All in all, a great stay was had & we were very comfortable during our stay. - 8/25/2022 

Brilliant apartment beautifully decorated.
Location wise it was perfect for us as we wanted to be able to walk to the beach (10mins away). There’s a big supermarket 4mins walk away and plenty of local restaurants. Still only a tram into the old town though which we did and rented bikes in the Turia gardens.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable yet stylish place to stay. - 8/20/2022
